Mr. Rice was extremely knowledgeable and very fun in his Xactimate class in Mobile, AL. I don't know of anyone else I would possibly recommend to be a trainer in XM8 or mentor in insurance claims adjusting.

The Adjust U 101 class that I attended in Grand Prairie Tx was very helpful and knowledgeable. Jonathan and Paul are very amazing teachers. They have patience with you and help you to understand Anything and Everything that you don’t understand stand. Gene and Stephanie are amazing people as well Gene has an amazing story on how he got in to the adjusting career and how it changed his life and Stephanie will help you out with whatever you need and take care of you if you have any problems If you are considering being an adjuster I would highly recommend taking this course

I recently completed the Xactimate Mobile course facilitated by Jonathan Rice at Adjust U. My favorite thing about the class is that Jonathan had us perform exercises applying the information being taught while providing feedback, which is really important to me when learning new technology. The class is an excellent value and will easily pay for itself due to my increased efficiency. I got a lot out of the Adjust U 101 course this past week. As a person with no experience in construction I found the course invaluable. The training staff were very knowledgable and encouraging. They also provided 1:1 instruction and assistance when needed to the attendees. I highly recommend it.

I took the Texas All Lines Adjuster course this past weekend and it was a great learning experience! Jonathan was a phenomenal instructor and had the class engaged the whole time!
