Terrible company. They paid our withholding taxes to a different business for two quarters using money from our account. We didn't find out that our withholding taxes hadn't been paid until we received a notice from the tax commission. When we called ADP it took an hour to get ahold of anyone, and after a long discussion, they said they would work to get this resolved.

After five months and multiple calls and emails (after getting more tax notices), it still hasn't been fixed and we now have penalties and interest fees over $800, as well as the money that is missing from our account that went to pay another companies taxes.

We still have yet to get this resolved. I highly recommend all businesses stay far away from ADP

They pulled funds fr my account with no payroll being processed. I think they just committed a federal offense and I am waiting to here back from the CFPB as to how I file Federal Charges and find out how to have there whole agency federally investigated. Don’t trust these idiots!

Pay them to get nickeled and dimed. I have multiple companies using ADP right now and cannot think of a time I've appreciated using them (in the last few years). I've never had to pay a company so much to deal with so much of their crap. Disappointing. Enough is enough. ADP, YOU'RE FIRED!

I have been using ADP as if it the only service that most companies use for jobs nowadays. And now I’m in the middle of unemployment trying to get a job and I know I’m not lying or have a bad background check and they need to find employment of a former employee I had a year ago, that had used ADP. Be realistic and use options where people might’ve forgot there info from previous past jobs from 2-3 years ago. The customer service call sucks. And they are not trustworthy. Why would they need to know your employment if your info is already in there system for another job? I’m so close to getting a job but if they can’t seem to open my PDF file of a W2 then my life is basically doomed, because I need a job to sustain myself. This is really ridiculous.

Do not use ADP for any financial services. You will regret it.
Their motto, "a more human resource," is a joke.
I called to figure out why I kept getting payments declined when I tried to use Google Pay. The representative asked where my card was, and I told him I'd lost it. He then canceled my card even though I begged him not to because I still needed to buy food. Now I have to go hungry for several days while waiting on the replacement card. The exact words from the manager were, "It's not our fault that you lost your card." and "If someone used your card we would be liable for that and would have to reimburse you."
They don't care about being "a more human resource." They only care about covering themselves while taking as much money as possible.

We have been trying to amend some tax documents for a month now. My payroll person has tried every avenue of contacting someone for help and she is told they can’t help or they yell at her until she is in tears; this is after she’s waited a minimum of 40 minutes on hold on each call. We changed to ADP because we were promised individualized assistance. That is not at all what we are getting. Looking for a new company immediately!

Not an integrated system! Apparently, you have to change (or cancel) your account with BOTH the ADP Payroll department and the ADP Time and Attendance office! Not only is there the two separate departments that don't share a system, it takes at least 5 minutes to get anyone on the phone....if you're lucky. Otherwise you get to wait for a call back in 45 minutes to an hour. To identify you, they ask for your company name, your phone number, the first four letters of your first name, your account number, and your PIN. Then the person answers the phone and asks all the same info again! When I took over payroll responsibilities last year, I called and asked for some help getting started on their system. I was told there was no one that could help me. I could watch YouTube videos...

I changed to a different company--the other day I called and the person who answered the phone (on the third ring) said, "Hi! (Company name) is this (my name) with (my company)? They sent a representative out to meet with me and I have a direct line to my trainer. Also, the new company charges about half of what ADP does.

Even if it turns out that this new company sucks, I would never go back to ADP
