Good luck getting a reprint on your w-2. They are refusing to send it digitally and she claimed I need it in writing. I said okay who would I go to ask for that? She went off on me saying they are busy and sorry I didn’t get my w-2 it’s not even supposed to be sent till tomorrow. (It was already sent to the wrong address and I won’t be getting it) so it needs reprinted. I need tax’s asap because my family is struggling we could use the cash.

I have family and friends who got w-2s from them, they never took tax’s out, so now my family and friends are having TO PAY TO FILE TAXS. PRETTY SURE this is fraud and I might think about suing if it happens to me too. The receptionist refused to let me speak with manager/supervisor. I only asked for one because I spoke with her, she’s RUDE and doesn’t solve any issues. I cannot believe AES. I’m glad my company switched payroll company’s so I won’t have to deal with them next year. Do not use this company for anything.
