Dr Hoopes is the only chiropractor I've found that can adjust my neck. He’s very good at what he does. I always come out feeling better than when I came in. The only reason I give it a 4 and not a 5 is because I feel like they are overbooked most of the time and rushing you in and out. The staff is wonderful and overall has really good customer service. I will continue to go here!

I was referred to Kirk Waldron, FN-P after my physician of over 15 years + retired and I was apprehensive and reluctant to make the transition. I was so impressed with the entire process from calling and discussing my situation, to making an appointment that was within a day of my calling (since I procrastinated and was avoiding something I THOUGHT would be negative), to the amount charged and office policies, to of course my actual appointment with Kirk Waldron, FN-P. I am so thankful that my experience was so wonderful! I felt like I was understood, not judged for my situation, and everything was extremely convenient, as well as professional. I would recommend this office and provider to anyone who may be concerned or apprehensive because I felt like he understood my needs and was willing to work with me and listen to concerns, instead of acting as he was above me and was going to control my life instead of helping me life to my fullest potential. I have great faith this will continue to be a mutually beneficial relationship for the future! Thanks to Holly for calling me back so promptly and working with my situation and making the transition superb! I am thankful for such a progressive office, that does not make the patient feel inferior to the provider administering care! Keep up the excellent work!!!!

I would leave a zero star if I could. Found Kirk through another doctor to talk about getting TRT. First it was weird they asked for my credit card before I even had a consultation. I told them no I didn’t feel comfortable giving them my card. Then I had a consultation that lasted 10 mins and was told I needed to get labs. That was it. Then I get a bill for $107. I never got any indication of being charged for a 10 min phone call. I never even got the labs to decide if I needed TRT. Just know they will charge you to even talk to you.

Response to their comment. Giving insurance doesn’t allow you to bill. A good faith estimate or an upfront text about being charged for a phone call would be the decent thing to do. Not sending a bill over text. The way you do business is shady. That is why you lost a patient. Maybe be upfront about what you are gonna charge people.

They are also very prompt at returning calls and answering questions. They’ve handled everything, from start to finish, very professionally and most importantly very caring about their patients. Dr. Kirk at Advantage Medical Clinic is the best medical practitioner I’ve ever had in my nearly 40 years of life! He’s thorough, detailed, truly cares about me and my health, and very knowledgeable in troubleshooting issues I was experiencing. I’m so grateful that I can do video visits with him from Washington state. The office is always so helpful and friendly. If you’re on the fence, jump on in as you won’t regret it!
