Super easy experience! The gentleman running the office was superb, everything is super clean and organized, they even have expo board for notes during your exam and individual wipes waiting. Definitely loved having the positive good energy from the team before entering the exam. If I ever have to take an exam again, I will 100% be coming here!

With something like a testing facility all you hope is that it isn't going to distract you or stress you out. However, at AES Literacy Institute, they went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and welcome in their testing spaces. They had excellent and organized service, they were already fully prepared for my arrival and check in took no time. They asked me about my day and encouraged me before my test which was really nice. And wow, it was random but they had extra touches, like decor to make the space feel more inviting. I am recommending everyone at work get their certifications done here, and I would literally come back here just for the fun of it it was so nice! My only small nitpick is that their desks were metal so they were kind of loud if you bumped into them and I am really tall so I was a little smushed under the desk.

I had been studying all night and was really nervous getting to my exam site. But I was welcomed and treated with a smile, respect and professionalism. The whole sign in process was effective, and organized.
The exam site and surroundings was neat and quiet. They are warm friendly and ORGANIZED!!!! Take your exam with them. You will not regret.

WOW! This business deserves a ten-star review! My experience was flawless from the moment I stepped in the door. I was greeted with enthusiasm, positivity, and professionalism. The facility is clean and welcoming. The testing room is relaxing and comforting. The owners, Mr. and Mrs. Cooper, were totally prepared and over-exceeded my expectations in every way. I have taken many certification exams and licensures over the years and have never experienced anything like this. This business is run with excellence. They made me feel confident and prepared going into my exam. I have no doubt whatsoever that their energy and kindness had a huge positive effect on my results. I've been taking Pearson/Vue tests since the 90's for my work (I think about 60 tests so far), so I've been to a bunch of different testing centers over the years. Usually they are in some old run down office building where the rent is super cheap. The computers are usually ANCIENT! This location is by far the nicest testing center I've ever been in, and that includes the one onsite at Microsoft. The folks that run it are super nice and friendly. You might think that doesn't matter, but I'd rather go about my day interacting with happy positive people. 100% recommend.

The only place to take an exam! The 2 owners are real down to earth people. Made me feel very relaxed and comfortable before my test. Once I finished and passed, the proctor was excited for me and gave me a fist bump. A small gesture but meant a lot. Thanks guys!!

I truly love this testing center. The staff was super motivating and encouraging. I truly love them also. Felt like the they were with me ever step of the way ! Big shout out to Jermane ! He was phenomenal and my main reason in coming back
