I have been taking my son to Air-bound since he was 18months in their mommy and me class. I love how they have this option for little ones to help get their wiggles out. Having a good experience here depends on the teacher you get. Some teachers don’t pay attention and don’t seem to care. I needed to write a review and shout out my sons teacher Jessica Gutierrez, my son is in her little Ninjas class now and he absolutely loves it! She is very attentive! She is has a very good balance of keeping the kids in line and having them paying attention and being so sweet to them. She pays attention to them and helps them really grow in their skills. She takes her time with each child making sure they understand what she is teaching. We have had other teachers here that could not care less. She is exceptional and we love her!

I’ve been disappointed with our experience here. The facility doesn’t appear to be cleaned regularly—especially the waiting room, which often feels dusty and neglected.

My daughter was enrolled in the Little Bounders class for 4-year-olds. We loved her original teacher, but unfortunately, the instructor was changed midway through the year. The new teacher has a much more intense, coach-like approach, which seems out of place for a class meant to be lighthearted and fun for young kids. At age 4, we were hoping for a positive, playful experience—not something that feels overly strict.

The biggest issue, and the reason I’m leaving a 2-star review, was a very negative encounter with a cheer coach named Brianna. She isn’t directly involved with my daughter’s class, yet she spoke to parents in a condescending and disrespectful tone. It was incredibly off-putting and felt unprofessional. Adults should be able to communicate respectfully with one another, especially in a family-focused environment like this.

Sadly, that experience completely changed how I view this gym.

This place is disgusting. Their waiting room is gross, it seems like it never gets clean and the whole place smells like dirty feet. Our daughter took a free try it out class and I thought while I was in the 8x8 prison waiting cell that if the waiting room is that gross, then the mats that the kids are rolling around on can't be any better. They should clean everything once a day. And figure something out with the smell. I am not paying $65 a month for my daughter to go there once a week or whatever to roll around in filth. I would rather drive to Sports academy and have my daughter take lessons from High Point.

We called on a Tuesday and Lilly told us what classes were available for a 5 year old for tumbling. Went the next day (today) to take my 5 year old to class and every class had already been full and they would not let her participate. Not sure why the woman on the phone didn’t tell us that. I had a very disappointed kid on the way home.

Feel like some of the teachers are just here to kill time . The classes are suppose to be 55 minutes but with my younger kid they actually only teach them maybe for 30 minutes. They finish class 5 minutes early . This might be our last year here .

We love the coaches and the classes. The Urban Gymnastics class is amazing! Many of our friends have put their children in the class as well because of our great experience.
