You can't renew your alcohol card between 9am-10am and 2pm-3pm. They don't even allow you in the building until their class is done. They don't make appointments with you. I have a tight schedule so I can't show up any other times before 130pm. I arrived and they had a sign "class in session, if you are not taking the class please do not enter."
Hate it. Worse than the DMV here in Reno.
