I attended In late 2022 and got my course completion in December 2022. I loved the class. My teacher was Charles. And from time we’d have Jon helping out. I loved it here. Class was very one on one. And if I had questions they’d be answered. I recommend this location 100%. You will learn here. I also made friends with my group and we still communicate and help each other out.

I just finished up the EMT program here, and I can ensure you that Alert Medical Training is the place to go. My instructor was Charles and he's a knowledgeable, no nonsense guy that will be sure to give you the tools necessary to not only be successful in the classroom, but also in the field. Alert Medical Training and its owner/main instructor Charles Harrell are outstanding. The pace of the course allowed me to digest the information while finishing the program before other programs in the area can offer. The instruction set me up beautifully not only to pass my National Registry exam, but I feel prepared for my job search and career in EMS. The establishment prepares prosperous first responders for success the moment they get into the field. I would recommend Alert Medical Training to anybody I know who wants to become an EMT, take a CPR class, or complete continuing education while already in the EMS field.

I can't say enough good things about my experience going through their EMT program. They don't just teach you things and send you on your way. It's tough, there is a ton of material, and it's a good bit of time & money but it was 100% worth it in my opinion. They genuinely care and want you to succeed, and they would consistently go out of their way to help me understand the information we were going over if it wasn't clicking for one reason or another. Alert Medical Training is definitely the EMT program you’re looking for. I passed the NREMT first time and landed a job at American Ambulance shortly after. All of the instructors including mine, Jon were very helpful and they really care about your future and the success of it. Lori at the front desk was always a great help! After the program they help guide you into the direction your looking for. It’s a hard program but the instructors are always available if you have any questions during the course. The hands on experience was my favorite part, I am a kinesthetic learner so all the practice and scenarios we did went a long way. Thank you everyone again and good luck to anybody new looking for a career in such a rewarding field!

This organization cares very much about you being successful in your class and understanding the information in that class. I took the Basic EMT class from this school and found the class informative, and challenging. The instructors care very much about you being successful as a student in this class which can be challenging for some as nothing but your best is accepted. That challenge is what will make you a better student and Alert Medical Training encourages you to strive to be your best.

Now that I’ve had a little bit of time actually working in the EMS field, I appreciate this training school even more! They really go out of their way to make sure you were ready to actually work in the field, understanding how to really be an EMT and understanding pathophysiology. Add alert, you’re not only learn what to do, but why you were doing it and how it will help.

If you’re looking to become an EMT, this is THE program you want to go with. I had no experience whatsoever and passed my NREMT on the first try. The instructors here are so dedicated to teaching and helping you become successful. They make themselves available to you 24/7 in and out of the classroom. It is challenging, but so worth it! I've done BLS here a few times and it's been great. Recently AMT taught a class for kids 11-17 yrs old and our daughter attended with a few friends. They really liked it too. I'd highly recommend this company to anyone in need of any type of lifesaving certification - professionals or the layperson. Great service!
