Unfortunately I hate to have to do this rating because Betty is a very nice person. Unfortunately she sides with companies who want to hold others Med Management Certification and CPR certification because that person doesnt work for them anymore. I am a Human Resources Manager for a senior living community and one of our caregivers was leaving one company to come to us. Our caregiver reached out to Betty for a copy of their certificate for Med Management and CPR. Betty refused to give it to this person because the prior company didnt want the employee to have it. Sadly I will ensure my company which is pretty big will never use her services. Betty should really look into these companies that people are leaving and see why they are leaving. And from my understanding the people who take these classes no matter who paid for them are allowed to have their certificates. Betty should know this. Poor choices betty. I hope you learn in the future. And you just raised your prices for classes... you might want to treat past customers of yours a little better and you might get more customers coming to you.
