Family vacation in Olympic Village at Squaw Valley. All About Kids had a babysitter for two kids (<2 years old) and she did a fantastic job. Updated parents via text message, fed on time, napped on time. Owner's response time was impeccable and the babysitter was great. Can't wait to use them again in Tahoe.

We heard about All About Kids though a local mother's group and decided to try them out (in North Lake Tahoe). Our experience was excellent.

The sitter was on-time and did a great job with our 6 month old and our 5 year old while we went skiing. She brought a bag full of goodies (stickers, puzzles, activity books, etc.) to supplement the limited things we brought with us.

We are generally very skeptical of new babysitters and felt very comfortable with this service. I would definitely recommend them and we will use them in the future.

Note: They also service other California locations (Napa, Sacramento, Mammoth). We have only used them in Tahoe, but plan to try the other locations soon.

Three stars solely because my child liked Alissa. (She is a super nice sitter) Communication like so many others say is definitely lacking. Alissa stayed with my child for 4 hours 8pm to 12pm and the owner thought it would be permissible to charge my card for 5 hours. The whole situation was screwy especially the day of. If you are really in a pinch and need someone maybe try this place, but if you can find a better and more honest business, I would definitely look elsewhere. Kirsten does not return calls, mailbox is always full. She will then tell you she did not get the call lucky I save all of that stuff. Anyway, nice enough people, but the business is run very poorly. I won't use the service again. Ii would take these reviews to heart a lot of them are pretty accurate on how this place is ran, I did not pay attention to them and the next company I use I will take the reviews more seriously.

With regreat we give a poor rating and it all has to do with customer service and billing. In a nutshell the ski instructor was a very nice college age girl but the hours charged were far off. After a couple weeks of the owner defending the discreptancy she finally confirmed with employee that we were over charged. Still have not received refund from original charge even when saying would. Very dissapointed.

Great service and responsiveness in advance. However, my babysitter did not show up and I did not receive any response from the agency to my subsequent calls and emails. Grateful that I did not have a wedding to attend or something where I really needed a babysitter to show up!
