Matt was very nice and helpful. He showed up exactly on time and gave constructive criticism. I loved that he told my daughter *exactly* what to expect on the drivers test, including what things to watch out for.

Anthony was my instructor and it was an amazing time. They way he teaches is down to earth, and he will keep it real with you. He will also try to keep you calm by talking to you and giving you a one to one conversation while instructing. I believe that I have gained a better ability in driving without be nervous because of him. I would highly recommend this program to anyone else who is in need of wanting to drive.

I left a good review for the first lesson, because I did not really get to practice driving and was not familiar with my instructor’s teaching style. However, this became clear during the second lesson. I had a horrible experience. The car was not clean and it smelled like cigarette smoke. Anthony was vaping when he got angry without rolling down the windows. He was looking down at his phone a lot. During my first lesson, he stated that I was not going to learn unless we went into highway 280, so I asked him if we could do this during the second lesson. He was not helpful while we were in 280. After we came to a stop out of the highway, he took over. Then, he started raising his voice and complaining. When he did this, it was in such an angry tone that it made me uncomfortable and I asked if I could go use the restroom to take a break. He told me I was not following the rules of the road, and that he was going to stop the lesson because his back was hurting him.

Instructor was unprofessional, rude, impatient, and disrespectful. The car is dirty. Instructor was on the phone and vaping during lesson. Car smells like smoke. Took me to a parking lot on a hill with cracked gravel. Made rude remarks such as he was worried about his safety while we were the parking lot. Told me if my breaking in the parking lot was shaky again he would end the lesson early. Said we wouldn’t leave the parking lot the first lessons then had me get on the road just to have his hand on the wheel the entire time. Please give your money somewhere to actual professionals. It’s hard to get your money back.
