I personally wouldnt recommend Alpha Omega Martial Arts unless you have small children that you practically need a babysitter for. The instructor treats the classes like a joke. If you want serious lessons with more value for your money you’re better off going to the other Wahoo MMA location.

Alpha Omega is an amazing place to learn self-defense skills. Don't let the small size fool you. Mr. Rowe is a very knowledgeable instructor with a great skill in teaching. I have watched him work with children and he is simply amazing.

The skills that he teaches to children and adults is simply unmatched in the area. He is a quality subject matter expert in the area of self-defense, as well as the dynamics of interpersonal violence.
