Ms. Chelsea Frazier is the worst teacher at this program. She does not do well in teaching the information and also has issues with interpersonal communication. On the surface she comes off as nice and friendly, but once you get to know her, it becomes highly problematic. First, she has issues with personal boundaries. She regularly talks about problems in her personal life, including her finances. She has said on more than one occasion that she is a "broke grad student". She also plays favorites, and will give you the silent treatment if she does not like you, or sometimes for no reason at all. She also has been known to make assumptions about people, and does not actually try to get to know some people before judging them or mistreating them based on hearsay, or her own personal perspective. She should not be a teacher here, and most people would be better off if they did not interact with her.
