Laid back atmosphere Great drinks, Meatloaf is amazing. Steak night is packed. You can order just the veggies that night, and I got a giant potato, a salad, and veggies with a roll. Fun jam night. There are lots of really good musicians.

I went for the fish sandwich and potato salad. I ordered a Tangueray on the rocks while I waited. I was hoping it was homemade potato salad but no such luck. It was pre-packaged potato salad and a fish STICK sandwich. What? So…frozen fish sticks and pre-packaged potato salad? For $10? Not again that’s for sure. Also- I swear they water down the Tangueray! They said tartar sauce was on the sandwich so, okay- I asked for lemon and malt vinegar. I got a container of malt vinegar to go- no lemon but was offered limes. Must have lemon when serving fish! The bartender was super sweet and personable and helpful! Thank you!

This is a great veterans post, which opens events to the public too. This is a wonderful stopping place for American Legion Riders on the way out or back from far reaches of East County. Stop by, folks here at Alpine Legion Post will treat you well.
