Great place , open airy not that like hospital dieing or old dieing nursing home hospital smell....great schedule and appointment handling..nice for the quick donation or the extended time donation.....normal hours of operation no weird hours .....like the restaurant or mom and pops eatery places.

I had the worst experience here I’ve ever had in my entire life. Went in for a cpr first aid class. As soon as stepped through the door the instructor rolled her eyes and was so rude, she wanted to argue with me so I ended up leaving crying because of how rude the instructor was. I called the arc hotline after to complain and get a refund I was on the phone for 25 plus minutes talking to a representative. Not only are they rude at the facility but they take forever on the phone as well. Worst experience I’ve ever had in a professional setting in my life. If you have attitude problems don’t work for a company as such that instructor needs to be penalized or fired!!!!!!!!!! Being biased and rude against paying customers is disgusting and I will not stop until that lady gets in trouble it’s not fair, I wonder how many other people she has done this to?

This is the office for American Red Cross. Blood donations are also taken here. I participated in First Aid/CPR/AED instructor training in the conference room there. It's a nice facility.

I really like this place if you get the right technician I've donated twice successfully one time the girl measured my blood pressure with the wrong cuff and said I was 170 systolic which meant I should be going to the ER if she had only gone to the back and got the larger cuff I would have had a normal blood pressure and would have been able to donate so it's Hit or Miss but two times I've gotten good people and there's free snacks at the end
