There was a lady who approached my wife trying to rehome puppies. She was rude and without any questions she immediately told her she needs a permit, then harassed her more saying she's calling the cops. The cop talked to my wife and was great. He told her that nowhere in the code does it mention that there needs to be a permit. He then informed my wife he would tell the lady this information as well. She however is very unprofessional and this type of harassment needs to not be allowed. We are in the process of identifying who it was as this person should not be allowed around animals.
