Worse place to work in the world: dusty computers and rude management if you wanna get paid low pay for the work you do and get fired lol

The pay rate was insulting agents with no experience paid more based on where they lived and travel time. There are mites in the office so be careful.

Experienced agents are not a good fit. They underpaid me compared to others who didn't share my skin color. Base pay should be $17 per hour for all the work..

After I completed the training, the development was lackluster and unremarkable. The girls that work there are bullies. If you complain you will be in termed.

i won't lie my attendance was not the best but keep in mind there is covid and flu that people can acquire and if your building is not clean well it is not good for employees from such an unethical place to work

I found a better job that is not a third-party call center. The previous company fired me on a Zoom call before my 90th day, and they lied about the work from home option.
