I’ve been to AF gyms all across the country on my road trip and this one stands out! Everything is clean and orderly, a great selection of machines and weights. Lots of cardio gear, but I was a little disappointed that wasn’t just a regular spin bike. Maybe I didn’t see it? Several tanning beds, 3 showers (I think) and the bathroom was very clean. Decent classic rock music, but not overwhelming if you want to use your own headphones. Hopefully this location does well and stays open a long time!

Owners are present and service is great well accommodate for one day workouts offers tanning if your into that also. Thanks for welcoming me into your gym. If ever in town I well choose this protectular gym. Highly recommended!!!!

I love this place. I travel a lot but when I'm home I love this gym. It was just recently expanded with tons of room. The equipment is all up to date and properly spaced. The owner is extremely friendly and will go out his way to help you.

I love this gym very clean and friendly and that sanitize everything in there they offer shower and tanning beds but be the tanning bed can only be purchased if you do they gym membership they offer and it's very affordable

Friendly atmosphere. No pressure feeling from others around. Work at your own pace and own weight. Everyone is willing to help and show your different techniques and workouts no matter what your into whether it be CrossFit, power lifting, or even down to a cardio day. Plenty of equipment for everyone and to Target every muscle group. And most of all, an awesome knowledgeable staff.
