One of the best youth wrestling clubs in the state of Texas, and we have wrestled out of a few. Troy and John are super good guys, are very knowledgeable, and great coaches. They also have a great adult Jujitsu program.

My son has taken lessons from Troy since last year and I'm both impressed and happy. Troy is not only great but you can tell that he truly cares about the kids he teaches. He's also reasonably priced and really knows how to get through to the kids, whether the kid is brand new to wrestling/grappling or a seasoned veteran.

Absolutely, positively, the best class you could take if your kid wants to do well in any other sport when he gets older, not to mention defend himself along the way. These guys are great and the owner really knows the sport. I played football for 18 years and coached at the college level for two and theres no way I would have done as well as I did had I not taken a similar class when I was younger. Quickness, strength, coordination, and stamina will all be improved greatly. Great activity and the perfect place to start is here. Thanks guys. Glad I found you a few months ago!

If you’re serious about Jiu jitsu or wrestling this is where you need to be. Troy is an excellent coach, leader and competitor. He pours his heart and soul into this place and it shows! Great group of team mates, best gym around!

Great gym! Partnered up with my home gym in Nashville TN. Troy is a great athlete and holds great energy in his gym. Will definitely train here whenever I visit.
