Just be careful about what you do sign for . It’s a nice facility , I loved working there. Friendly residents and some of their employees. Be careful about the racist mindset from a small town. They will falsely accused for things you didn’t do. Not even asking for your side of the story. Not mentioning that the whole team will talk about residents and agency behind their back. Very hostile environment . Most of them working there know each others. They are related and protecting their back. At first, I was welcomed there because they needed someone but they quickly reminded me that my skin color was an issue.I’m glad I’m out of there because I was tired to be greeted with some fake 😃 smile

DO NOT BRING YOUR LOVED ONES HERE!!!!! This place is absolutely horrible, my grandmother is stuck here due to POA and she is always dirty, never has shoes on, she NEEDS eye glasses and has been without for over 4 years!!!! They have outright refused to give us her prescription so we can buy and bring her some glasses. Due to her not having glasses she has fallen and ended up with stitches and bruises numerous times.

My friend has her grandmother here and has shown me how dirty she always is. Once they arrived to see their grandmother she was shaking and saying she was extremely thirsty. They refuse to put her compression socks on her and shoes they are refusing to get her glasses or even let us get glasses for her even though she has fallen multiple times and been injured due to not being able to see and now because they are complaining they are being told they cannot come back to visit THEIR grandmother

Some workers here by blood are family. N bring family matters into the most patient care. Makes it unavailable ya A medical Care center. Denied medical care even orders by spiecalispt. There excepted for inpatient care/physical therapy. Denied there Duty to get Me Was A Patient got like 20 minutes of physical therapy
in 6 weaks. I was am ready. Now I home a block away n cause of family there with titles to name I can't yet promised LIED to I'm Denied physical therapy. N looking at reviews I'm not alone. Rethink this place. I have an aunt staying there and from what I've seen, there is no caring or understanding. The nurses were rude, and didn't even give an option as to having a soft diet. My aunt chokes on her food. This is not a "care" facility. Nurses should take a course in compassion.

The staff here do everything they can to keep residents safe! This can be difficult with visitation requirements and having to enforce measures that visitors are not pleased with at times. We appreciate everyone who has been cooperative and understanding during these very difficult times.

This is the best place ever, it’s nice and small!!!!The staff is wonderful and sweet!!They take very good care of their patients and are very understanding and any little problem they call you right away. I would recommend this place to everyone!!! Thank you to all the nursing care team and hospice care teams!!!!! You guys are the best and the sweetest ever!!!My mom loves you guys!!!!!!
