This place knows me and is very prompt with service. I appreciate that.

However, just to let everyone know, their HOURS have CHANGED. The hours on google say open until 4:30 pm M-F. And the photo on the google maps page shows open 8:30-5pm M-F, the NEW Testing HOURS: *8:45am-4pm M-F*

I got here all the way from Antioch because I prefer this testing center, at 4:12, and see the new hours taped on the door but it’s not updated on google nor was I given any update. I let the company I test for know they have changed, and Hope I save some people some time!

Get here before 4:00pm!

I went to this location today around 11:00 am. There were two customers being very difficult and trying to make the staff flustered over results. I was so impressed by their composure and how professional the staff remained to get these customers helped. Just wanted to give a shout out because I work in customer service too and I definitely know it’s hard to remain kind in these situations. Good job! I received A++++ service and will definitely come back.
