If I could give a zero I absolutely would. Sylvia, who is the secretary is very rude and clearly does not care about the kids they have in their care in CPS, she'll be obnoxious and hang up on you in the middle of talking and intentionally hang up calls instead of answering them. In my opinion she shouldn't even have a job there if you can have such little compassion in your heart for children and feel the need to act so stupendous towards others. No matter who has called she has been rude every.single.time. don't waste your time here.

Having to apply for assistance is a very humbling thing to do if you have never had to do such a thing. The staff were very helpful, kind and understanding of my situation. Though it was an all day event, they were able to assess my needs and expedite my help. Words can not fully express my deepest gratitude for the people who are helping me get back on my feet and become a self reliant productive member of society once again.

Went in for Alcohol withdrawal and after sitting in the "chair" for 20+ hours, with little supervision, and thinking I might die, they finally medicated me and sent me to the medical Ward. Refused to give me my prescribed high blood pressure meds and just kept adding more Librium (or Lithium) Couldn't tell you because they never seemed to explain. Staff hid in the room the whole time and if you needed help they would mostly ignore you or treat you as a problem if you knocked on the door for assistance. I will simply die of my disease before returning to this horrible demeaning place.
