I understand that this a beauty school and they are learning, but my hair was HORRIBLE. I made an appointment to get a relaxer, cut, and a body wrap. All for 30$. Great price, but poor service. It took over an hour for me to get in the chair, while getting my relaxer I told her it was starting to burn when she got on the last section but was willing to wait until she got done. After my relaxer, my hair felt very rough as if nothing was done to it. For my trim, she only cut the back of my hair. Highly upset! After trimming my hair she wrapped my hair and sat me under the dryer for a hour. The results was HORRIBLE. I asked for my refund, the teacher told me that she will only give me 10.50 back because they are trained to immediately take the perm out a customer head if complained that’s it’s burning. Although she didn’t do it immediately, I took the 10.50 and left. NEVER COMING BACK. If someone don’t know how to do something, speak up. I came in there and left out the same way!

Start going to this school in 1984 and took my my three daughter here. Ms.Pat and Ms.Jo where great teachers and great leaders. The students were held to be Professional, great attitudes, timely and they catered to the wants and need of the customers.I now wonder what has happened to the professionalism, common courtesy, not talking on the cell while working on a customer.it seems impossible to get someone one the telephone and they never have any students on the floor. A great institution has been lost for the community in which it served. Leadership starts from the top and a truly hope that someone steps up to the plate and Saver this School. I see that students and cell phones on the floor is a bad recipe from Success!

I went to school here about 2yrs ago and it was the worst experience EVER imaginable!!! The instructors were VERY unprofessional, ghetto, & messy! They play favoritism with certain students and will pick on you to try to get a reaction out of you. They talk about the clients and the students behind their backs. They also WATER DOWN their hair products & give you the cheapest hair kit they can find (which STILL may not contain all of your supplies). However, there was only ONE instructor who is always professional and has a beautiful attitude and her name is Mrs. Ridout!! She's amazing.. If you're thinking about going to this school, PLEASE RETHINK YOUR OPTIONS!!!!! ?❤

I am highly upset with the hairstyle that was given to me. I understand this is a beauty school & everyone has to go through a learning process. Considering I was dealing with a hairstyle with chemicals I should’ve gotten someone with higher knowledge. Me and my friend set an appointment for 9 o clock. For one, they didn’t get us in the chair until an hour later. Other ladies were walking in and we were still sitting. When we finally got in the chair I thought everything was going to be great. When she started putting the relaxer in my hair I told her where it was burning and just for her to rub it. Fine. Long story short, I walked out looking the same way I walked in. I spoke with the woman over the students for a refund, she only gave me half back, really a little under half back, she says she only gave me half back because I told her it was burning. When I told the lady it was burning , she still continued to work the relaxer in my hair. I told her that but she still insisted I get $10.50 back when I paid $30. That’s way less than half. My hair was rough when she washed the relaxer out. Never coming back here again.
