I have posted a negative review (1 star) of ASU in the past because of customer service. I now have a sales representative that has taken care of all of my issues and treats me like platinum.(I now give them 5 stars for taking the effort to make things perfect). It just goes to show that people really matter when it comes to customer service, especially with very expensive equipment like NVG goggles. ASU has regained my trust and my business.
