Here at KinderCare they learn so much. My child did learn a lot before he was able to go to public school. Being a first time mother and not knowing what to expect my first time was an amazing experience and outlook. As a whole the management does great especially when it comes to following up on any questions and concerns. I’m very involved and have my own opinion like other parents and I communicate through it all. They are open and willing to be as open as well to your concerns involving your child both teacher and managers. I’m very thankful for the after school care provided for those parents that work are unable to pick up child. My child has been here for 2 years maybe a little over 2 years and has gained a lot of knowledge in learning, playing with others, and just being around other children while his mother works. It has been a tremendous help for my child and I. Life has its ups and downs but knowing your child is safe is main key while you work. Early opening at 6am is a plus! You can’t find that everywhere ! I would recommend anyone to send their child while working.

Very unprofessional staff. The inside of the building is a MESS floor stains chipped paint the teachers dress code is horrible little shorts most of them are always walking around with their shoes off carrying kids around from class room to classroom you can walk in and here teachers in the halls laughing cussing etc but most of all I’m here regarding my niece she’s in Mrs Dorthy class and when picked up last week she was crying stating that the afternoon teacher MISS LRIC was fat shaming her cussing at her even grabbed her arm and threw her into the cozy corner mind you LYRIC is fat her self doesn’t carry her self well always have whole in her pants and always yelling at the kids which her boss has stated multiple times but when I call to press the issue either anglea or Erica isn’t available or anglea says she’ll give me a call back I wouldn’t send a dead cat to this establishment very ghetto not up to date very unprofessional

My daughter has been coming here since she was 6 weeks old. This place is absolutely amazing and my daughter who is now 1 loves her school. I couldn’t imagine taking her anywhere else. They treat my daughter as if she was one of their own and I am here for it! These people are truly a godsend.

Love, Love, Love my daughters teachers and the directors. They take care of my angel as if she was their own child. Making sure she is well taken care of and loved. They let parents be as involved as they want. I can go in and play with my daughter when I drop her off as well as her classmates. She is in an infant classroom but are already teaching her colors and words. She loves her color time at school and never cries when I leave 🙂

My 2 daughters have been going to Kindercare for a year now. I’m honestly sad that my oldest will be going to elementary school next year because I adore the staff at Balcones Kindercare. Ashley the Director is well organized, driven, and leads a wonderful staff. The turnover of employees is minimal and I can tell everyone there loves kids and loves their job. Both my girls bring home well thought crafts and are constantly teaching me new songs and new things they learn. I also feel very safe with them there. When a family member picks up my kids they always ask for ID and make sure I know that they are there to pick them up. It is also an affordable school which makes the bang for your buck even better!!!! I highly recommend Kindercare at Balcones to anyone seeking a great childcare home for their littles!

We love sending our little boy here. He has been at Kindercare since he was 8 months and they really care for our child. They teachers are very kind and they communicate with us when supplies are needed or we need to know something about our sons day. I can’t imagine sending our child anywhere else!

Everyone at the center has been amazing since we transferred there. Both of his teachers have been awesome with helping progress his potty training and they always take time to welcome him in the morning and say goodbye before he leaves for the day. I get updates with any new that he does or says. It's just been a great environment for his growth.
