The drive to the lake alone was an adventure, the lake was was huge with lots of activities to enjoy from jet ski, to boating, or swimming there are picnic areas with bbq grills on site very relaxing a great place to enjoy with your family

If you're going on a weekend, GET THERE EARLY! Like no later than 10am. It will fill up fast. The lake is extremely high relative to the last few years which is awesome but also greatly reduced the amount of available beach. You don't want to be suck having to set up in the weeds. Water is great in late July through August. Nice and warm. Always a good time.

Great place for kids. The water stays shallow for a long time, so there is plenty of room for kids to wade without getting too deep. Drive right to your spot and set up. Super cheap entry fee for this type of place - 5 bucks per car, I think.
