We had a family reunion for 18 people here and it was perfect! It's not the fanciest facility, but it has 6 rooms with 2 bunk beds in each room upstairs, along with a girls and boys bathroom with 3 toilets and 4 showers in each. Downstairs, there are 2 rooms with 2 double beds and 2 accessible bathrooms. The kitchen and living area are also downstairs. The living area has a tv. There's a deck outside with a volleyball pit and horseshoe area. There are also 2 charcoal grills. The kitchen has all dishes and a few small appliances that you'd need. There's 2 fridges, 2 stoves and a dishwasher. The beds were a bit tough for adults to sleep on, and the beds creaked a lot, but they did have mattresses on each bunk. Bring your own linens. There are things that are outdated here, but still a great view, and provided the basics!
