So I am visiting my cousin here in Logan and their family friend needed some help and so I took him here so he could get his money and let me tell you something we were in here not even 5 seconds and he was having panic attacks and he was afraid he was going to get in trouble for something im sorry but that is not okay like why is he feeling this way? I work with disabled for a living I live in Idaho and where I work we have what’s called participant rights and that means these guys have rights being disabled I don’t know how Utah state law is with this but I can say that coming out in the foyer and setting him off probably might not be a good idea going forward like take some classes on how to work with special needs okay?
