We’ve had a fantastic experience with Best in Class Palo Alto site! We have been going on and off for a few years. We have been to regular sessions and school holiday and summer camps. My kids look forward to their sessions, which is a huge win! The system where they earn "money" to exchange for small gifts works great for my kids. The teachers are not only kind and patient, but they also have a great sense of humor, making learning fun. The materials can be tailored to each child’s level. Most importantly, it's awesome that they’re almost always available during school holidays. My kids aged out of backup care so this place became our new default for those breaks. Highly recommend!

This is the first English learning institution I found after arriving in Palo Alto. The teachers are very responsible, and my children have made obvious progress. They will continue to take classes!

I highly recommend this tutoring center. My son, a 7th grader, has been a member over a year. Here are the good points from my experiences.

1. Materials are very well organized. they have review chapters for assessment, and it helps students a lot to prepare a quiz or test in school.

2. Tutors are very nice and qualified, most of all, they know the students very well and customize their instructions for each student. If your kids are in the advanced class or regular class in school, they can adjust the courses upon each child’s progress.

3. Students can learn math, English, and even other courses upon their request and needs. In addition, they offer great camps during school holidays and even the periods of school closure like now. One on One tutoring is available online. This is another great benefit for children to improve their ability directly, and it contributes to students’ readiness when they are back to school after school closure.

4. Also, they listen and respond very carefully and quickly to parents’ request.

Therefore, I am sure students can achieve their goals and feel happy when they enjoy the classes in Best In Class in Palo Alto obviously.

My younger one (he’s 6) has been going to Shan for over a year now. It started with a summer camp and later grew to regular weekly classes. He loves the learning environment and is very excited to go back every week. There was this time where he wanted to go back to BIC for an entire afternoon instead of spending the free time at home. He’s been doing grade 2 level reading and math in grade 1- thanks to all the material and environment that bic provides. Shan makes learning fun! Even at home he will sit and do the work he has not finished at bic.

My daughter has been here on subject English for six months. Her overall skills are definitely improved after weekly class and homework. We like the weekly material covering reading comprehension, phonics, vocabulary, grammar and writing. The center owner Shan is really nice and patient for all students and parents. Highly recommend!
