My room was great except for the fact that housekeeping forgot to gather all the garbage from the guest before me. Kind of made me uneasy about what else they may have skimmed over and might not have cleaned so well. I honestly thought that maybe they left the little single serve cartridge of coffee placed especially out on the counter to encourage use or something until I looked closer at the cartridge sitting out looking all special, and realized that it was a used cartridge and there was a piece of trash right next to it.
The night I checked into the room my keys worked for the outside door and my room no problem, however when I arrived back to the hotel after work the next day my keys had been deactivated and I had to go to the front desk. They created new keys and handed them right to me; no verification of my identity or anything.
All in all, though, the room was a nice room, fairly clean, at least to the naked eye. Breakfast leaves a lot to be desired, but they at least have the basics. The pool and hit tub were out of service. However, the gym was still open for guest use. The ice machine and vending machine were not really in a convenient location, but I only had to use it one time. The fridge also didn't seem to get cold at all.

My family was enjoying breakfast when someone started yelling at the breakfast attendant. We thought it was a guest but it turns out she was a employee. It was not very professional and it made us very uncomfortable. Definitely won't be back. We felt bad for the nice breakfast attendant, he looked upset.

We stayed here before a few years ago hoping to use the pool and hot tub but they were not working. This time we had a very long drive and hoped again for a hot tub but both the pool & hot tub were down. We were too tired to go anywhere else. We decided to just watch a bit of tv before bed however our tv did not work. The lady at the front desk said she thinks the remote needed batteries and she could go on the hunt for another remote but we said it's late and we will just go to bed. On our return to the room we found our dead bolt was sticking and had trouble locking and unlocking the door. My husband fixed it before bed but it was a frustrating night. Upon check out I told the front desk lady how our night went when she asked about our stay. Her comment was I'm sorry about that and that room you were in always has a sticky deadbolt. We will not return!

This hotel is absolutely THE WORST! Do not waste your time and especially your money on this hotel! I tried staying at this hotel 4 years ago. The pool was closed then. I decided there was no way it could possibly be down after all this time. I went on the website to check it out. They website states they have a pool and a hot tub. I went ahead and booked the room for me and my family. My kids (I have 3) were looking forward to swimming, and me and my husband were looking forward to the hot tub. Upon checking in I glanced at the pool and there was algae growing at the bottom of the pool. They informed me that both the pool and hot tub were both closed, and have been for quite sometime. We were very disappointed, but figured we would have to deal with it. Everywhere else was already booked completely. We got our keys and went to our room. When we opened the door, one bed was made but the other was completely unmade. The blankets were bunched at the foot of the bed and the pillows were thrown on a chair next to the bed. I called the front desk and the lady told me that she was completely booked and didn't have another room, so she would have the housekeepers come fix the bed. The house keepers came in and literally just remade the bed with the exact bedding that was already on it! Then to make our stay even worse, when we went to watch the TV in the room, the screen had a message stating that there was no signal from the receiver. I went and talked to the front desk to see if they could help, and I was I formed that all of their tv's are down and they don't know why. So we had absolutely no entertainment for our children while we were there at the hotel, for an entire weekend! Friday to Sunday! If I could give this hotel a negative star rating I would!

This is my go to hotel if I'm out west, north of Salt Lake/Ogden area of Utah. It's a very quiet hotel and the rooms are nice, clean and quaint for me. Plus you have views of mountains and close to eating establishments. They also serve a hot breakfast which they change it up every day.

Very clean room and comfortable bed. Some places don't accept cats, but they do for a small extra fee. Our whole stay was great.

Positive: "" Negative: We didn't end up staying because the hotel had no hot water and didn't know when it would be fixed. They let us cancel our reservation so we ended up just going home.

This is my favorite place to stay as I travel I-15. In particular, they are pet friendly while charging a reasonable fee. There is a nice grass pet area in back which is easy to access. Also I don't have to worry about a 25# limit. The rooms have always been very clean and the staff is always helpful. Though not far from the main road, my room has always been quiet.
