Never ever bring your child to this establishment. My son was getting scratched every 2 weeks. Per the staff, they were not able to find anything on the camera that leads to think that he was getting scratched which I let go. I noticed that the scratching kept happening to him and I finally decided to confront them by letting them know that I will involve the police as he was the only kid getting scratched. The owner gave me a call and made me want to accept the fact that it is okay to get scratched EVERY WEEK because they are “kids”. My kid is naturally a calmer kid, and not turbulent. The scratches only happened to happen while he was there. I asked them to just try to be more vigilant of the children to avoid things like this and the owner told me that I my request is unrealistic and that I should wrap him in “bubble wrap” to avoid him getting scratched. Owner is rude and unprofessional. Clearly doesn’t care for the safety of the kids. Avoid this business, don’t keep this business running. Lowest of the low.

UNSAFE AND TERRIBLE PLACE FOR CHILDREN.
DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILD THERE.
My son will always come home every time with scratches on his face and no one knows what happened when asked teachers. The OWNER is very rude and unprofessional.
I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR BUSINESS. 👎🏽

My kids was only here a little over a week before I took them out completely.
I saw a teacher screaming at another child literally smacking her hands together in this child's face. The very next day I'm dropping my toddler off and had to take her in the infant room where I witnessed another teacher yelling at a baby while changing her. Because I spoke up I was told I shouldn't have been in that room and my kids could no longer come back there which after what happened my kids won't be back. Especially after my 5 yr old said another kid pulled his pants down and showed his private area and choked him which I didn't know until my son told me when I picked him up
The toddler room doesn't open till 8ish and if you drop off early like I do then your toddler has to go in the infant room
I wish this owner would really look at those cameras
And see why parents aren't notified when something happens
Please watch your babies in these daycares
From one parent to another
Yes State will be notified especially with the video I have from the cameras I bought to put on my kids

NEVER BRING YOUR CHILD HERE!! I found out from another parent who witnessed that my infant baby was physically mishandled by one of the teachers, all because it was a busy and stressful day full of other babies on top of my baby crying for his own needs. I was never informed about anything by the staff or Director. The fact that the whole daycare, who knew and took care of my child and claimed they loved him, didn't seemed apologetic enough to take care of this and they all knew. God bless the witnesses who helped and saved my baby. Parents, if you do for whatever reason decide to choose this place, just be careful....

Not enough supervision or accountability. Saw many very unsafe things during my child's time there (kids climbing on shelves and not being noticed for a lengthy time, two girls angrily hitting each other in the face and the teacher not noticing until I pointed it out, kids always having shoes on backwards, etc) as well as unsafe situations my child was directly involved in (split lip from teacher 'accidentally' hitting her with a nap cot, got scissors and was able to cut her and another girls hair a little before being noticed- which was described as the children's "behavior" with no accountability or apology for not watching them or, having scissors in toddlers reach). Revolving door of teachers/staff. It's a mess right now, I would not recommend at all as a safe environment for children at the moment and it doesn't seem like any curriculum is being followed anymore despite that being a requirement for their step up to quality rating. I hope they're able to get things under control and more stable for the kids that are there, but until then, absolutely do not recommend.

Biederman is such a great child care center my son is well taken care of they let your child be a child they
don't just yell at them all day they teach them through play and fun activities, all the ladies are very nice

I love this daycare. They had excellent ratings online when they've had their regular checks to ensure they're compliant, they always listen when I mention concerns, and they're the most reasonably place I could find with availability.

Also, all the other raters really screwed this places ratings up. One guy commented upset with the wrong location, one gave 3 stars and said they didn't know how to delete it, etc. Definitely deserves a higher rating.

Terrible place of business. Do not recommend taking
your child to this place as they are VERY rude and harsh to the children with special needs or don’t fit the “normal.” standard of children. Disgusting behavior from this place, never bringing any child of mine here ever. Gross. Close your doors!
