This daycare is absolutely amazing. My son loves being there and has made many friends and loves the staff. Sometimes i cant get him to leave the daycare. The whole staff is amazing. They are even teaching my 2 year old sign language and some spanish. My son has progressed immensely since he has gone to this daycare.

We had our son enrolled before he entered full time schooling. Heather and the staff there have always gone above and beyond to make everyday a good day. The staff was always attentive and would keep us informed on how his day was every day when we would pick him up. Nothing but pleasant things to say about this facility and the great atmosphere they bring for our kids!

I absolutely love this place and the staff that work there. My daughter went there since she was 2 and they treated her as if she was their own. The staff became a second family to us and was very understandable in hard times that we would occasionally experience.
They helped my daughter break out of her shy shell and have taught her so much. She was already so far ahead when she started kindergarten.

My son's first childcare experience and as a first time mother.. They surly know how to was my worries. And the bond my son has with the teachers let me know they truly take pride in the kids and their parents with updates daily and the occasional photo of our babies having a blast of fund and learning all their developmentally skills.

BIGGEST LITTLE MISTAKE IN CHILDCARE
I'm writing to strongley urge parents not to take their children to this school. I have a 11 month old I pulled from their care after 3 days due to the fact that when I picked my daughter up she was bleeding and they didn't have a written incident report they told me she was playing with another kid when they both went for the same toy and "friend Hurt her" they stated the second injury on the other side of her face was self inflicted however both injuries deflated at the same rate which means they happend at the same time. The day prior I had walked tp a bigger kid smacking her in the head and the teacher just standing there watching. To top it off my kid would come home with a lot of food stuck in hair and by the way l, did I mention that they were feeding her meat without prior permission. The diaper rash too was an issue and they wanted a doctors note for the fact I had her in a certain diaper due to an allergy I'm a grandmother and a new mother and I have been to many daycares in my time but this one by far is the Biggest Little Mistake in Reno. Almost every teacher has their kid there which wouldn't be an issue except for the fact they spend more time caring for their kids than yours. The other thing I'd like to make people aware of is they leave the babies on mats staring up at the ceiling against the walls they don't circle them up or offer any stimulation. I feel it's the equivalent of putting your kid on a shelf for 9 hours my daughter was skiddish after pulling her from there the new daycare had brought up the fact she seemed scared of the new kids, just heartbreaking that anyone can get into childcare these days.

Wonderful daycare and learning center! I have 3 toddlers there currently, since last year. My children are progressing beautifully! The staff are all very helpful, communicating with the parents, and extremely tentative to each of the children’s individual needs.

Biggest Little Learned Center is so wonderful. My son loves going to school. He is learning so much. The school is always very clean. The teachers are very involved with the little learners. Heather, the owner, really cares about the kids and is very enthusiastic about making sure all the needs of the kids are met. I am so grateful to have my son going to such an amazing school. If you are looking for a school for your child I would 100% recommend the Biggest Little Learning Center!
