The course itself was great, and helpful. Some of the questions were worded weird on the test that could make you trip you up. It took a long time to get the actual licences (over 2 months) in the mail, which came after the paper licences expired. They also automatically signed me up for a month subscription that I didn't agree to and never responded to my emails. I did managed to cancel it but was out the money.

The course in itself was very thorough. There's undoubtedly some information that doesn't apply to me right now but could be invaluable at some point in time. Overall, I thought the course did a superb job educating me on the essential boating rules and regulations for Pennsylvania in a relatively engaging way.

Easy to follow, great online interface, and stores your progress. At the end of each section there is a short quiz which really helped with the information retention. They also provide a great practice test and the ability to revisit the sections for the questions you got wrong. I passed the official government test on the first try, no sweat. I would highly recommend this course. It was worth every penny.

I found this course online when we bought our boat, and found the content and format quite helpful and informative. Although the course was not required for my age, as a first time boat owner, I felt I needed some knowledge of the rules and laws applying to boating and this course met that need. I highly recommend this course to anyone planning to get out on the water, whether novice or experienced. Be smart, be safe.

Good course. I did not need to take it but would recommend it to all who are active on the water. I took the exam because I was interested in renting a boat at a military installation that required the course. I'm glad I took it. Having many hours on the water I think those 18years and younger ought to take the course prior to piloting any craft on public water.

I had a very good experience so easy to use. Only one small gripe they say the whole course minus the exams and quizzes take 3 hours and i am a fast reader but 3 hours is not true it is much longer than that. This is a small issue though.Overall I am so happy with the course love boat driving!!!

The course for me was very intuitive and easy to follow. I guess the only thing I would question is the fact that it is not exactly android friendly. I got started in the first session using my smart phone and had to switch to my laptop but other than that I would recommend this class to anyone looking to get their boating licenses or looking for safety tips. The course in my opinion covers everything one would need to know while boating. Thanks guys. Great job
