Every book reader's dream place, they really do have a million books here (not really but it feels like it!) They even have a yogurt mountain which is a plus for people looking for something to chill them off.

Atmosphere: Quiet, euphoric, and exciting to look at, it's like everywhere you look, there is a book for you to find, maybe some manga you wanna read? There is a whole section based around that

Price: Expensive, similar to Barnes and Noble, you won't expect such a book costing under 10 bucks unless you're lucky but the Yogurt Mountain inside too is as well, they go by weight in the cup so make sure to choose carefully!

Organization: Everything is so easy to find and well laid out, the staff are genuinely nice too and will assist you based on your needs, books labeled for others can enhance the experience at the bookstore and encourage more people to check the location out.

I can be in there all day, I love the quiet and old fashion "library-like" atmosphere. they have every genre you can think of and usually have the new books if not they can order it or you can get it shipped. Go look at the clearance it's usually worth it and tons of books marked down!

Staff is always friendly and kind and they greet me and my kids with such huge smiles. Coming by BAM and getting a treat from yogurt mountain with my babies is the highlight of our week.

Very courteous young lady in attendance still could Not assist with my needs in obtaining the publication I sought out...
Then had the nerve 2 recommend a completely different, not to mention a competing company to try and locate my desired book.
Who cares? I seldom am in that part of town anyway.

Ever since they got new management they haven't been putting out new releases in the manga section. I come almost every day looking for new manga and they never have anything stocked. Please stock your shelves and stop hoarding all the newly released stuff in the back for over a month past it's release.
