The staff were very attentive and helpful for my ER visit. It wasn't a critical situation but needed attention to an issue I had. They were attentive, caring, explained everything, and most importantly listened to me. They rate a 10 out of a 10!

I was making monthly payments to the hospital and then they stopped sending me a bill. Months went by without me receiving a bill in the mail. Then all of a sudden I received a letter in the mail saying I was sent to the collection agency. Really? I think this is very rude and disrespectful. I'm wanting to make monthly payments on what I owe but I can't do that without receiving a paper bill in the mail. Not sure why I was sent to collections over the hospitals billing mistake. Again I'm willing to pay monthly if the hospital actually sends me out a bill. If the hospital cannot work something out with me and reverse the collection agency's bill, I will be calling the Better Buisness Bureau.

While at the restaurant in the Best Western, my husband went unconscious. EMT'S were called. They did what they were trained to do and did a great job. But they could use some training on their bedside manner. The situation was stressful enough for me as a wife watching my husband in that condition they were rude and snotty. Just adding to the bad situation.

I wasn’t sure what was happening,but something was wrong and I knew it. Went to the emergency at the hospital, Kim at the front desk asked me was going on I told her I think I’m having a. Stroke, before I could even turn around I was in the emergency room where I swear all the important staff at the hospital stated arriving doing what they do best. I’m so thankful for the treatment I received and for all the wonderful people at our hospital. Thank you for all you do!!

My experience with the MRI was awesome, I am extremely claustraphobic, but they helped me threw it. I could not have done it without their excellent help,right from the front desk to the, to the finance people,to the techs and nurse .A million THANK YOU !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Results are good !!!!!!! While waiting for an appointment for over six months in BC and no action I decided to get it done here. Stopped in and inquired and was asked, "do you want it done today." Completely took me by surprise, but yes, it was done within an hour. What's wrong with our Canadian system? Highly recommended. . .

The staff in the ER department are exceptional. The Doctors are knowledgeable, the nurses are thorough, and the receptionist is welcoming and helpful. Such a blessing in our small community.
