5 year olds don’t get to go on field trips and swim class is limited. They didn’t make it clear on the website. Mistakes in emails and daily schedule announced way later than the start day. Sent the wrong time for swim lessons via email so we missed the class. Orientation held before the venue was ready so we didn’t get to see the actual classroom. Shouldn’t you have everything ready before orientation? At least the daily schedule, class teacher’s intro, when do they have swimming…etc? Carnot recommend.

If there were anything lower than 1 star, I would click that. For a PAID summer program, I was expecting more for my child. Disorganized staff, lack of fun activities for the kids and the road trips. That was my biggest disappointment. They are not capable of taking all children so basically you need to fight your way in their list. My girl was really looking forward to this trip. We were ready to pay weeks in advance just to be told that we needed to wait until Monday of that trip week. Ok, we waited. They post a paper saying that they will begin taking payments at 8 am. We get there at 7:50 and to our surprise, the incompetent organizer starts taking payments at 7:30 without any notice. Long story short. My girl did not make it into their list. You would think that such a big organization is capable to handle and take all their kids to such outdoor activities, right? WRONG!!! This was our first and LAST year we are putting my child here. There are more and better summer camps out there. Do your research. Do not trust all 4 and 5 star ratings. All lies

The Saturday coaches for the toddlers basketball ball team seem a unprofessional at times to much touching on the kids unnecessarily and just at times a lil rude I have a few videos where the main coach throws the balls a lil to harsh and and I was just unhappy some some of the lately games don’t seem like the kids are having fun
