They don’t give youth consequences for their actions. Also the front desk lady Miss Jessica gets a bad attitude when you tell her that you are getting bullyed.also the front desk lady Miss Jessica quite seems to not listen to the youth. The front desk, lady Miss Jessica doesn’t seem like she quite likes Black people. She seems like she’s a racist. There are youth at this club that says racial comments to other youth. And when you tell the front desk, lady Miss Jessica, she seems not to care. Also, the front desk, lady Miss Jessica was short staffed, and it was just her so when it was time for breakfast for the youth she never served it to us. Also, the front desk, lady Miss Jessica is known to switch up stories and lie for other youth. also, Miss Jessica is known for being Disrespectful to youth When she’s upset Also, I recommend the front desk, lady Miss Jessica Does training over again for a refresher because it does not quite seem that she’s very professional At her job. She is also known for being a unfair staff. And very unprofessional at her job.

It is very fun in the staff are super nice and they helped everyone and everyone is welcome there and it's the best place for your children to go after school if you're not able to pick them up and stay with them

This place is awful. Bullying constantly. My kids went there a few years ago. MAKE SURE TO ASK IF YOUR KIDS CAN JUST WALK OUT. They told me they literally will let 4 or 5 year olds walk out because "they can't force children to stay". There is a busy road across the street from this place. If your kid walks out, they could easily be hit by a car or picked up by a creep. DO YOUR RESEARCH ON THIS PLACE BEFORE TRUSTING YOUR CHILDREN TO THEM.

This place is not good at all the staff disrespectd the staff manager Said to my kid that he doesn't know how to use technology but yet my son is a tech person he trained for that and he got disrespected for it by a staff ?
