I had a great esthetician that did a great service. When I went to checkout I was very unimpressed with an instructor I think her name was Cambria. As I was checking out she approached a student in a very unprofessional manor, I feel like there is a time and place for that if there was something that needed addressed. Other than that I had a great experience!

Today was my first time here. There were three supervisors on the floor when I arrived, multiple times the student doing my hair asked them to come as she had questions. They did not come. I found two of them chatting at the front desk. They started to turn off the lights at 4:15 while my head was still under the water. I wasn’t asked if I wanted my hair cut, I wasn’t even offered them to dry my hair. One of the supervisors told the girl doing my hair she wasn’t going to be able to dry my hair. It was soaked! I had to ask for a towel. I thought (as I have been going to schools for 20 + years) that the whole reason for schools is to make sure there is supervision. Please tell me how you are going to know there wasn’t an issue with my hair when you went missing for over an hour, when asked to come you didn’t and then you don’t even have the decency of drying my hair? Good skills you are role modeling for the next generation of salon students! Wow!

Had a great time getting the works done! Thank you Courtney, for being such a Great student and knowing what your doing! I had a great experience and would highly recommend over a salon price anyday! I had my hair cut, colored, eyebrows waxed, nails done and an awesome bottle of lotion for 58$. Just getting my hair colored at a salon is 125$. All the girls are very nice and a great atmosphere.

I always get my hair done here whether it be perm, color or just a cut. The instructors are present and check on the students often and helping regularly. The girls are great and while if love some of them to be my lifetime regulars I know they have to graduate sometime. And the prices are amazing. A specialty perm for my long hair would normally be $100-$140, but at the school I got a perm and cut for $34.

I went to Bridgerland cosmetology while in highschool. The only reason I am giving is 3 stars is because of some amazing instructors that were there while the previous department head was there too. They then had a change for whatever reason and Karissa became the new department head. A lot of the great instructors left. Karissa was basically a power hungry monster that seemed like she takes pleasure in being rude. I hope that as time goes on it gets better. Some of the best instructors were Kami, Karen. Marissa, Megan, and Kyla.

Good prices and if your looking for a pretty common hair style, trim, color or otherwise they are usually pretty good. Sometimes they have students who are really gifted with hair and I have also seen some who where visible scared of cutting my daughters hair. Likewise some of the teachers who are available to help with more difficult requests can be very helpful or pushy and even rather curt.
Most times I have gone have been good experiences but for that occasional bad day you need to be able to advocate for how you want your hair done.

I’d love to change my review! I come here for mommy daughter dates, we get gel mani/ped’s. It’s been less than 48 hours from our appointment and one entire foot is polish free, 4/10 finger nail gel is off. If the school wants to charge more for gel but won’t provide the students with quality gel- don’t offer it.

My mom and I booked appointments for a little bit of inexpensive pampering fun. We had facials and back facials and it was a pleasant experience. The beds were heated, the steamers were incredible, the students were professional, and it was super budget friendly. We plan to return.
