This place is NOT safe! I was recommended by my neighbor so I went to tour the place before signing up my twins and thank God I did! They leave your children unattended, restrooms are not safe and the teachers have a hard time clearly answering any of your questions, it's almost like they are hiding something.
Please be cautions and don't take your children here, I will report to the city as well.

Our son has been with Bright Horizons for 2.5 years now and he absolutely loves it there. The teachers are very well qualified, well trained, and very caring. We are also very happy with the management. They are organized, very professional and are very good with communication (which is great). We get daily updates about our son via their app and email, with pictures and videos.

We always get a positive vibe from teachers and staff at the school during drop-off and pickup. We know that taking care of babies, toddler and preschoolers is not an easy job. It requires a lot of patience, dedication and can often be extremely frustrating. Being a teacher is not for everybody and i would like to give everyone here a big kudos for doing such a fantastic job.
Overall, Bright Horizons has exceeded our expectation and we couldn't be happier to have found this gem of a place.

We love the childcare provides to our son. The front office staff actually knows what they are doing and communicates very well. We are happy with the program offered and knowledge our son has gained in the program.
