Overall the place started great. We had our child there for about a year. At first they had some great people working there and we felt that our kid was well taken care of. It felt like a stable place. As time progressed, they ended up having quite a high turnover of teachers which doesn't help with little kids. Not recommended unless they get some sense of normalcy there and retain high quality teachers-which at the time of us leaving did not seem to be the case.

My son has been going to Bright Minds Learning Center for over a year now. This daycare has exceeded all of my expectations. The teachers are amazing! When you talk to them you can feel the sincerity and how much they care about your child. My son has grown so much from what he has learned here over the past year. It's so refreshing and great for a parent to see how excited their child is to go to the daycare everyday. The staff keeps the facility clean and organized and they take the time getting to know every single child in the facility. The owner is aware of the importance of the continuing education and training the faculty needs as they do this every 3 months. I give Bright Minds Learning Center 5 stars!

Awesome place for kids! All of the staff are great people and will help you with all of your needs. Security cameras in every room ease your mind when leaving. Entrance is equipped with code entery so no worries about random people walking in. Very clean facility. Good healthy food for the kids. Awesome daily activities that will boost your kids intelligence quick. State of the art communication system so you can always check your phone to see what your child is up to. After visiting many facility's, this place was hands down the best. You can tell that the owner is very passionate about what she does. I would recommend to ANYONE!

My children come home everyday singing new songs and telling me all about the art projects and fun things they've done all day. They are always excited to come here and have tremendously improved academically sense they started here. I'm very impressed with the caring staff the curriculum they use and the facility as a whole. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for preschool, after school care, or daycare for your children.

This is a really wonderful environment that helps my two year old grow and stay ahead of development norms. The staff are all very friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. They provide access to daily updates via email. They always treat us will respect and they value having my daughter. She isn't just one of a pack, she is valued as an individual.

Do not recommend bright minds learning center! They gave my child food he is extremely allergic to not once but TWICE. The first time they blamed it on the “new girl” which ok maybe fluke thing but then not even a month later they do the SAME thing. They tried to make it look like it was our fault because he “wasn’t on their schedule” so they didn’t have a substitute but they said yes to taking him. I would have been fine if they had said no we have no food substitute for him we can’t take him. But they said yes it’s fine. Not only do they have multiple papers stating his allergies they also have on the fridge in the rooms a list of all the children with their pictures and what they’re allergic to. This should have never happened, let alone TWICE.

(If it were up to me I just would pack him food for lunch but they don’t allow that which I understand why.)

My children have been going to Bright Minds Learning Center for a while and they love it! They have grown intellectually and socially. I am very comfortable leaving my children in Bright Minds Learning Center care. It is a safe loving caring environment for your children to grow and learn!!!!!

So i will say i have edited my review for a few things that have not changed for some time now.

Pros: Clean facility! The best one id say in wasilla. The staff is awesome so patient and really care. The app is nice to have i can track my kids and what they ate and what room they are in and etc. Great size facility! And their main front desk lady Candice is awesome. She is always on top of it and just has a good attitude! They always always check diapers which is a huge HUGE plus (past experience from other facilities haven't ). Im always told how my kids day was and if they took a nap. The teachers have always greeted me and always have been really professional and ask me how we are doing so its nice to feel welcomed and cared.

Cons: So i know summer is here and mosquitos are out but my child has came home with huge bug bites not just on her arms where skin shows from a tee shirt or neck. Im talking her legs her face and even her back and chest. She came home with 8 bites from just one day. Another front desk lady i cant remember her name but she never says hello or bye or anything even after ive said hello or goodbye and just sits at their desk computer . Maybe she's weird with people i dont know but its not a good attitude as parent to walk into a day care that im paying for and not getting appropriate greetings or anything other than from the teachers. So id say her customer service needs some work. And the owner she's nice but i rarely see her come out ever unless i have a problem with something. As a parent i know its hard working all day every day. But i would atleast like to see one interaction.
