No star should be given. My now 14 year old adopted son went to this place when he was 3 years old and remembers seeing other little kids being put in the bathroom (that was in the room) the door locked, and the lights turned off. It was done as form of punishment. He also remembers a lot of yelling, being yelled at, and being mistreated. He was only 3! Wow! Must have been very traumatic to still remember. He refers to this place, as the daycare where he was “abused.” That’s so disturbing and sick. I wouldn’t advise anyone sending their child here. And honestly how are they still even open.

My 4 children have attended this facility for 6 years now. 2 of which were infants when starting. I have had a good experience with all the teachers from infant room to school kids. Every one of them kept me informed and up to date with progress and incidents with my kids. Ms Sam always helped us out and the staff just really cares for the kids. Every teacher knows me by name and I really felt like it was a good bond to have with the people that are caring for my kids. I appreciate them all so much.
The other reviews that were left are depicting another facility and did not have children attend here. Yes do your research and make sure your researching the right facility!

Everyone here is super polite and helpful! We moved to the area a couple months ago (from the other side of town), and needed a daycare for our toddler. Brighter Angels gave us a tour, answered our questions, and made registering our child very easy. There was not waiting list, and my child attended the next day after the paperwork was done. Whenever I pick her up, she has a clean diaper/pull-up, and is happy. I definitely trust the staff with with her! Meals are provided, but you have to supply diapers and wipes, (they seem to use them at a reasonable pace, not too fast, but not so slow that you think she's not being kept clean). Kids get their own place to put their things, and the staff will put your child's name on the diapers & wipes. The toddler room even has tiny toilets for potty training. The staff are very caring towards the children, and they get lots of toys, meals & snacks, activities, opportunities to nap, etc. They also take school-age kids for those parents who work later than school hours. They have a little bus, but I don't utilize it so I don't know the details, but they might provide transportation between the daycare and school. There are field trip opportunities for certain ages, too! It's not as expensive as some of the chain/popular daycare-type-preschools, either. Probably the only major downside is that they're open from 6-6, so parents who work super early or very late will have to work around that. I'm glad that I chose this daycare, and my daughter will continue to attend here until my needs change!

Anyone saying this place is child abusers obviously dont know that there are many other locations than this one. My kids have gone to this daycare for almost 3 years and it is by far the best daycare i could ever put my kids at. Ms Sahm would never allow any of her workers to do anything like this. Ms Denise is amazing. She is the only person who took the time to make sure my sons severe eczema was cared for. Ms Gina is amazing with infants!

I can't speak for everyone else I have a 1 year old daughter. When we first brought her there she was in the nfant room they were kind to her now she's old enough and she's in the one-year-old room and I have not had any problems. Honestly I would refer my friends and family to this daycare. Of course my child cannot talk but as far as what I see I have no complaints and had no problems

It was on the news that the staff hit a baby with a broom and the owner and director covered it up. The video was shocking to see. Research this place before u consider taking your kids here
