The Brown County ESC has ignored the fact that one of their investigators lied about a parent, and did not follow the guidelines for a title 9 investigation. The Director has ignored this, and the board won’t even bother to take any calls. Organizations such as these need defunded and closed permanently. These centers are also the organizations that provide the school psychologists. Did you know they are taught to manipulate data and push the determinations they want, rather than the determination that’s appropriate for the child? Emotionally disturbed is their favorite. Tell your child’s story, and let’s put an end to organizations like these that harm children.
