When I was advised of getting my credential evaluated I was bombarded with many different companies and I am happy that I selected Bruscan, the website was easily understood and navigation was not difficult. The representative Adeola was super helpful in not only explaining what needs to be done but was patient with me and supportive throughout the entire process. As an individual in a different country that does not understand the process or the different ways to go about ensuring all is done well outside of the credential evaluation Mr Dixon made everything easy and truly went above and beyond. He didn’t even budge when I asked a question, he was swift with email responses and always answers or returns my calls. By the way I got my evaluation back in no time. I received my US Credentials Equivalence Transcript Report from Mr Adeola Dixon on Monday. Mine was a detailed & thorough one for Teaching Equivalence. Mr Dixon was great throughout with me following up via phone calls / emails. He even kindly included an express delivery of my paper report to a relative of mine in the States. I had no problem waiting a bit for it to come through - I’m sure everyone at Bruscan is / was very busy: US unis opening in Sept., etc. Judy bear that in mind … plan ahead so you allow plenty of time for it to get done & emailed (& posted) back. Finally, the price was very reasonable & Mr Dixon does not charge extra for additional qualifications to be checked: e.g. in my case, I needed my UK Teaching certificate to be attested. also, my undergraduate degree and I also sent in a Postgraduate Diploma in English Language Teaching to Adults (DELTA). He did them all … thanks again! (Aug., 2024)

I called there number and i asked the customer service if i can give them a copy of my transcript and the answer must be as simple as yes or no, but he started screaming at ne and asking some personal, i asked him to stop screaming and I asked him to speak to the manager he said you can’t talk to the manager and hanged up on my face.

We were at this place and my friend speaks only Spanish. The person at the front was so rude. She was trying to talk to the person and the person talked down to her. Saying stuff like " How are you in America and not speak English?!" and "You don't belong here". This is completely unacceptable and extremely racist. I'll never recommend coming here again as this is just discussing behavior that needs to be improved on. Completely disappointed with my experience at this place.
