We stopped in for a beer and learned that their Bloody Mary is the specialty of the house. Corrie was our bar tender. She made the drinks to our spiciness-liking. They were so delicious that we had a second round. The band was fantastic. I requested the song JACKSON. Free bowls of popcorn. Notice the antique jewel colored pickle jars on shelf above the liquor bottles. I highly recommend a visit to this saloon.

If you're ever in Reno/Tahoe area you need to visit Virginia City. It's a gem of an old mining town. So much history here. Old mines, saloons and the people dress as cowboys, gun belts and all. Bucket of Blood is just one of many interesting places along the main street. The sidewalks are wooden! Early September they have camel and ostrich races.

Awesome place and ambiance, the view, if you’re lucky enough to get the seat by the window is out of this world. A fun place to hang out with good drinks and a friendly bartender. We didn’t try the food this trip so can’t comment on that.

This saloon has lots of charm and ambiance! They serve drinks, not food. We bought sandwiches down the street and then sat at a table and ordered drinks at the saloon. The best table is in front of a picture widow with a great view of Six Mile Canyon. Lots of Old West charm!

Came to Carson city Nevada for my 21st and ended up going to the amazing bucket of blood. The amazing bartender and server who i shared a birthday with made the best drink for me. I’ll definitely be coming back again soon for another vacation.
