Disbursement system is down since Monday and no time frame of when it will be back online! Right on! I bet you all still take payments tho huh? Not even an email or letter to let us know we won't be paid! You should be fined and pay late fees like you charge parents that pay child support. You'll suspend licenses if they're late but no repercussions for you! People that answer the phones are rude and don't care. Charging people fees to assess their accounts but no fees for your screw up.

Child Support is fraud. I don’t even understand. Why would you even work for Child Support? They don’t even pay them enough and even if they did, it would be a bigger problem.

Just go through the court for your trifling child’s mothers that don’t use the money for the child.

The book keeping in this administration is non-existent. I have been dealing with this for over 25 years. For some reason I supposedly owe my sons incubator $14,000, this is after a compromise of arrears to pay off back support + obscene interest that the incubator drew in welfare fraudulently. She hasn't been in my sons life since he was 6 mo. old. There is no way that owe that individual a thing. So, my credit is, and has been non existent. I just received a notice of suspension from dmv. They will not review their books, they will not listen. My life has basically been ruined by this administration and their horrible management. I am at the very end of my rope. My son is well into adulthood. I raised him. I was given zero help from his incubator, and now...I owe? She has never even had a job. I need my case audited, but there is no help. No one can question these people.

Child Support Services is doing the exact opposite of what the judged ordered for me. They added 10K in back child support owed for absolutely no reason. The individual I owe CS to is a millionaire who is committing welfare fraud... but good old Child Support Services doesn't care. They just want to bleed me dry and add extra for me to pay. They can't explain why they charged me an extra 10K and admit that no where does it state in my court hearing that I owed any back support but they won't fix it. I have to take time off work to fight it and anything they've taken towards that won't be refunded to me.

Horrible stafff, they constantly label every father as a deadbeat even when you explain to them you agreed to child support to not deal with the mother. They apparently do the math of your payments off the top of there heads cause they can’t seem to go based off the order of the court . The women in this department obviously have there fathers kids on child support cause you can feel the energy from there voice . & there supervisor is totally unprofessional, she’s apparently always busy or never there, I’m suing this department, for violating the law.

To say I regret going thro child support is an understatement. My sons mother unfortunately passed away in November, & for 5 months this department continued to take money from me. But never notified me that my case had been closed. Now they said they sent my refund to the wrong adress & that someone cashed the check. & that if I want my money back I have to sue lol
They hold you accountable if you are late one payment but don’t hold there selves accountable when they make mistakes . It’s been years of headaches with these people. There frauds. All fathers out there go to a notary office & work out an agreement with your child’s mother . Avoid this system at all cost. There pieces of shyt.

Opened my case back in May. Still no child support. Sent paperwork back in August showing my ex was working still nothing. Come on people what takes so long to get child support. "Wish I could give them a zero."

Guadalupe is the most terrible case worker, she doesn’t want to do any work, she doesn’t offer help she’s just there to collect a check, get her out of there
