CAAST has been such an amazing program for my kids. Ms Sydney is a passionate and patient instructor, and focuses on holistic well being. My daughters love the challenge, and the culture is extremely inclusive, and not at all like a lot of other "competitive" programs. They challenge their students, without the toxicity present in some other programs. I've watched them grow confidence and discipline that have led to success in other areas of their lives.

My daughter started here to gain more confidence in musical theater. After the beautiful spring recital, she wanted nothing more than to be a ballerina. Miss Sydney and all the talented teachers really push the kids to better themselves but in such an encouraging and fun way. It is such a joy to see my daughter grow as a performer and have so much fun at the same time.

I could go on and on about our experience at CAAST, I feel so fortunate to have found this studio! Both of my daughters take classes and have had the opportunity to be a part of the conservatory program, they have grown so much in their time with Miss Sydney and Miss Izzy. Every class, from ballet to musical theatre is taught with so much passion, professionalism, and excitement. The studio is always filled with laughter, it’s been so much fun to watch my girls and all the students develop friendships, confidence, discipline, and a true love for dance.

I took an adult dance class here several weeks ago. The owner & teacher, Sydney, was just the sweetest. She told me her vision of creating a dance space that didn't just focus on making good dancers at any cost, but in supporting dancers well-being both physically & mentally. In a time when many businesses seem to only care about being the best, no matter the cost, its nice to see someone truly care about their dancers as whole people. There is always room in this community for a business who cares so deeply. CAAST & Sydney are a much needed vibe in today's world.Thanks for the class, I'll be back!

Miss Sydney is a true professional & her level of knowledge shines through as she teaches her classes to these kids! This is my 8-year-old son’s first experience with dance & musical theater & he enjoys so much walking through the doors of CAAST each week for his classes. Having grown up as a dancer myself, I am so excited that Carson City now has such an advanced arts company my kids can attend!

This studio recently opened in Carson City and as a musical theater/dance family we couldn't be more pleased. The owner has experience with Disney and Broadway! How did we get so lucky!!!? She is an amazingly talented vocalist and dancer. She also plays the piano. Her musical theater class is something I've been begging other dance companies in the area to add to their curriculum, but her experience makes this class top notch! She is very responsive to messages and listens to the areas you want to focus on with your child. We are impressed and have signed up for ALL THE THINGS! Don't hesitate, because the word will get out about this place and all the classes will be full!

My daughter loves both the jazz dance and mini musical theater class. Sydney is great, as open and informative as she is talented. It’s clear she loves what she does and she loves the kids. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to get into dance and theater.

I attended tonight's heels class and it was A BLAST! Sydney is great and creates such an upbeat, fun vibe with some sassy choreography! I will definitely be back for more!
