This job challenge school, is suppose to help establish good behavior teach these young adults how to look out fir themselves to ve aware of life challenge, to prep them for the up coming obstacle they will be facing . They are nothing but un organized. Show lack of interest to help these young adult giving them nothing but an experience that these young adult will only have regret if ever attending.. they might school room n board for them. But come on, serving food that is Raw,I hear so much problems n his they not only treat these young adults unfair. Not to mention the times when my young adult skipped a week with no phone call not knowing if they were okay. They cam at least allow these students to call their mentor or a parent. My young adult was so excited to be able to attend grizzly youth academy n had a blast with the whole experience. She came back a different young adult. Every time I had a chance to speak to her. It was great listening to all the challehr she had to face n overcome.. then she graduated, right away wanted to attent these job challenge. She was so excited when the accepted her.
My young adult , is the type of person who does not stop or tells anyone I have tried. She's a proven. One who only sets herself as finishing. Obd who does not give up. Her mentality for her is if your not 1st your last. Something that helps her motivate herself to continue to push.
When I received her first letter away from home . The only feeling that came over Mre. Was sarrow, knowing that she did not enjoy her first week. N how much she felt like coming home. The food was nasty. Nothing she gas ever seen or taste before. Many ladies have gotten sick right after eating. This us so sad. I know food isn't suppose to be a 5 star rating. But at least cook ypur food throughly. Especially the chicken. This is common for then to do this. N they wonder why nan ladies have to sneak food in their lockers. Well feed these young adult good n cooked food. Is it to much to ask
These schools are funded. N open up to ve able to help these young adult. But doing what they have been doing n many to also complain about. Isn't going to keep them active if your force to work here . Then give up ypur position. And allow someone who would enjoy having it.
Grizzly us known for the academic n what they teach these young adults giving then that second chance to prove themselves to many. To be able to look at this world as something mire then just challenges. But opportunity to become whoever. Whatever they dream of. The turn into well manner young adults who didn't give care about their life . But now they see life as challenges to become better. What does the job challenge have to offer . Except a bad experience n something these adult complaining about having the worse experience . Bad memory's isn't something anyone wants to experience. Good memory's of an experiment should be what us left the moment they finish. Being able to make someone want the sane experience. They only thing these young adult are going to be able to do. Is talk someone not attending to these job challenge
N that's not good. I feel so sorry fir the many people who donate money for all these young adult. Knoqimg that these guards/ soldiers don't take considerstion or pirde to make effort to put positive feed back .
