First off, if you're thinking of starting a medical career but want to start somewhere. START HERE. It's a short course,somewhat fast-paced, but you get it. It's not hard. It's just repetition of certain skills, to the point where you can do them asleep. I had the wonderful experience of having Ms. Bella as my instructor. She always made things easier for us to understand and grasp in class. She made things fun. It wasn't always just reading a book all day. She's bilingual, and that helped a lot with other students whose english wasn't the best. She understands that we work, that we got things going on, she acomadated all of us when we needed it. Our T.A. Daniel was great. He was closer to our age, so it helped see where we can be in the medical field and how much we learned from him. He was a really smart guy and fun to learn from! It was never a dull day, and they always pushed us to keep going even when i had doubts about myself. They were always available through group messages or email for concern on homework or things I didn't understand. I learned so much, even in a few months. We get to use a bunch of different medical equipment and even do shots on each other, which was scary at first, but always supervised. It's a great starter course for anybody, the hours are great and the area has good parking. I learned a lot during the clinical medical assistant program, and i will be returning to do the phlebotomy course. Words can't desceibe how grateful I am for having Ms. Bella and Daniel as My instructors. Today, our final exam, I cried knowing i had Passed. I passed because of all my hard work. The hard work, time and efforts Bella and Daniel gave us as well. They gave us their time, their teaching, and mentorship that I will not forget. Thank you.

Mrs. Jessica and Ms. Rupi are great teachers. They made my learning experience so much easier and were very caring, kind, accommodating, and helpful. Today is my last day of class, and not only did I learn so much, I also met some of the nicest people. We were a small class but we encouraged each other and made class that much better. Ms Jess was super down to earth and was willing to answer any of my questions, even if it was the same question over and over again. I feel completely confident when I start my career as a Phlebotomist and that’s thanks to Cal Regional.

Amazing Program!
Miss. Jessica has been such an amazing and patient teacher, answering to all our questions and concerns.
Each and every instructor who had come to visit our classroom, on different occasions, had all been helpful and hands on.
I am grateful that they were all so encouraging and that the information were easy to follow and to understand.

I entered Cal Regional needing a change of career to better my life style by providing my family with medical benefits. What i didn't expect is that i would challenge myself in ways i have grown personally. Our class was a tight nit group who helped each other strive to be our best which was encouraged by our teacher Nina Thomas. I am so thankful to have scored so well on my exam for certification because our teacher prepared us so well. If you are looking to strive for more in life , Cal Regional will help you prepare yourself.

I joined the Clinical Medical assistant class, Mon-Fri 9:30am-1:30pm. My teachers Jessica C and Rupi made my experience worth it! They’re both awesome and provided the knowledge I’ll need to be successful in the medical field.
Highly recommended program to family and friends.
