Front desk person is polite, but Dr Jameson was habitually late, was very aloof, answered a call in the middle of our session that he was late for and never bothered to even contact me after I calmly walked out of his office. I’ve heard great things about their other therapist, but I would not recommend Dr Jameson

Cardinal Care Center completely exceeded my expectations. I am new to floatation therapy, and was hesitant to give it a try because I'm somewhat claustrophobic. However, the tank was very roomy, and the facility is extremely clean. The staff made sure I was comfortable and gave me a good idea of what to expect. I've already noticed less anxiety from using the tank a few times and can't wait to see more benefits as I continue floating! 100% would recommend!

The Cardinal Care Center provides excellent care in a calm, relaxing environment. The staff are very knowledgeable and go above and beyond to provide resources to their patients. They also host free workshops for anyone that help address various mental health issues such as PTSD, Anxiety, Depression, Relationships, and Spirituality.

Cardinal Care Center is amazing! I use the float tank on a regular basis, and love it! I primarily use it for back and neck pain, where I receive immediate relief. Not only does it help with my pain, but also helps with sleep, anxiety and depression. The employees at CCC have even accommodated my schedule so I could schedule or walk-in for the float tank. 5 stars!

I took my daughter here for counseling. My daughter asked that they not talk about a certain subject in her appts and her therapist kept bringing that subject up. So she quit going.
We found a new therapist there that we think would be wonderful for her. So I call to make an appt. All they cared about was what insurance she has. That’s irrelevant bc no matter what I would pay out of pocket for her- just like we did last time. The attitude of the people who answered the phone were horrible this time. I get it my daughter is over 18 but that doesn’t mean she is mentally healthy enough to call and make her own appts. Yet they won’t let me help her in any way. Told me she has to call.

What if this was her last hope of becoming healthy? If it was- they failed her tremendously on several occasions.

I do not recommend this place.

Love Cardinal Care Center! Floated for the first time and it was truly tress relieving - both mentally and physically. I would recommend this to anyone regardless of their condition!

Will not spend our money there. Front desk and owner do not know SD laws or how to be professional. So sad that counseling/therapy office thinks manipulating and lying is good business.
Will not refer anyone else there

i would give 0 stars if i could DO NOT GO HERE they will stick you on a wait list telling you you're at the top and won't be waiting for more than a couple weeks than make you sit in said list for 2 months, all while never returning phone calls, than call you and tell you to take your care somewhere else! WORST CARE FACILITY IVE EVER SEEN if you're seeking care for mental illness i strongly recommend going somewhere were they actually care.
