Caring Bee Daycare is one of the best daycares for kids under 5 in Cache Valley. I took my son to the daycare for almost 1.5 years while he was 3-4.5 years old and we developed a close relationship with the owner Riya. Prior to Caring Bee I tried several larger center daycares and they never worked well for my son, who is very energetic and requires a safe engaging environment. At the centers my son would often get bored and restless and would cause trouble due to lack of attention. One center could not handle his behavior and just suspended him and ultimately kicked him out. We found Riya's shortly after and we explained the situation and Riya had no reservations about accepting him. From day one she gave my son close attention and worked with him to foster his good behaviors and reduce the bad ones. I was never contacted about bad behaviors and there was never any threat of being kicked out. Riya cared about our son and his development and used a serious, but caring attitude to help him behave well. My son got along well with the other kids at Caring Bee and with Riya's sons. He got to do activities in the mornings and play outside in the backyard on nice days. He never protested about going to Riya's and was happy to stay extra hours in the evening if needed. I fully trusted Riya to take care of our son and greatly appreciate her care and genuine love for our child. She is a mother of four and tried to treat our son with the same care and attention as she gave her own children. Given that Riya is the sole owner and provider at the daycare she sets clear expectations about drop off and pick up times and it is important to be punctual and to let her know ahead of time if there is a problem. Despite it being just her running the daycare, she almost never took off any extra vacation days or sick days and was very reliable as a provider. Overall, I wholeheartedly recommend Caring Bee as a great place to take your 1-5 year old for care, especially if you have not been satisfied by the larger centers. Our son has just moved on to the DDE at Utah State University for his last year of preschool and will transition to kindergarten in the next year. I am very grateful to Riya for her time and care and hope to stay connected as my son continue's his journey.

Riya is kind and keeps a very clean home. My son has been in her care for quite a while now and we are very happy with his progress/care. She has even gone out of her way to work with my son on specific behaviors in a way that was very well communicated and mutually implemented. Her own children are kind and you can see she is a good mother as well! Your little one is definitely in safe hands with Riya.

Riya is wonderful, we are so lucky we found her daycare. My daughter has been attending for almost a year and she loves it, she asks to go to school every morning. One of my favorite things about Riya is that is she clean (my daughter never comes home dirty), she feeds them nutritious food (she's an amazing cook), she sends daily updates on how my daughter is doing, and they do so many fun activities and crafts. We are so happy! 🙂
